How do I order? Simply return to the home page (Click on the Strictly Gifts Logo found in the upper-left corner or press the back button of your browser). Either click on one of the categories or enter an item in the search bar. When you find the item, click on "Order" and follow the screens. 2. By Fax. This is the recommended approach if you are ordering a catalog item that is not yet available on the web site. If you need order forms, simply send us an e-mail and we will be happy to send them to you. 3. Using e-mail. Recommended if you have a custom item or a specific question. 4. By Telephone. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need this information! 2) What are inserts? Inserts are discs (most common are 2") that can be used on plaques, trophy tops or in frames to make medals. They come in a huge number of subjects (sports, academic, office, military, etc.) and are a great way to tailor an award to an individual or an event (see our online catalog). 3) Do you give discounts for large quantities? Yes. If you have a large order, it never hurts to ask! While our prices are extremely competitive, if we are able to reduce our costs with a large order, we will give you quantity discounts. 4) Do you ship to an APO address? Yes. The preferred od to ship to an APO address is Post Office Priority Mail (3-4 days). ........................................................................................... Engraving is free of charge on most trophies (up to 3 lines, except where specified) and on most plaques (number of lines vary based on plaque chosen). All engraving & imprinting (dark letters stamped on the plate) will be spaced at our discretion unless special instructions are accepted. Please note that free engraving & imprinting does not apply to medals or pins. There are 3 ways to handle engraving: 1. Use the 'Engraving" fields or Personalization Wizard on each item screen. This is best as it greatly reduces errors. 2. EMAIL us. Feel free to EMAIL us with special personalization instructions. 3. Fax us toll-free at 1-866-922-2904. ............................................................................................. Purchase orders may be used as follows: - Place the order using a credit card. Indicate in the "Special Instructions Section" that you wish to "pay by purchase order - do not bill charge card". Fax the purchase order to the fax number above. Your order will be processed and your charge card will not be billed if payment is made within 30 days. The purchase order must be faxed to us Before the order ships out otherwise the card will be charged. or - Send your approved purchase order along with a check to TrophyCentral. Your order will be processed when your check has cleared. or - Fax your purchase order to the above fax number. If you are a government agency or have an established account, you may be pre-approved - check with a TrophyCentral customer representative for eligibility. We are currently accepting purchase orders only from schools; approval is at the sole discretion of TrophyCentral. Note: Payment must be received within 30 days of shipment.
